Google Meet

Using Google Meet

Google Meet is a video conferencing platform. Google Meet lets you organize video conference calls, voice-only calls and/or screen sharing.

In Google Meet, users create meeting links and send these links to participants. Anyone with a meeting link or invite can join the meeting; no account or sign-in needed. Links can be sent out ahead of time, letting you plan online meetings in advance.

Every SSE Riga account user has access to Google Meet and can set up and host their own individual Google Meet meetings. Just go to https://meet.google.com/ and log in with your SSE Riga account or go to Gmail and click on Start a meeting or Join a meeting.

Google Meet supports up to 500 participants in a single conference call. You can connect from any computer or phone with a modern web browser or from Google Meet app on Android and iPhone/iPad.

For detailed information about Google Meet, visit Google Meet training and help. For troubleshooting information, visit Troubleshooting help page.
