Microsoft Office 365 is a service that allows you to use latest Microsoft Office applications on your computer or mobile device.

In order to help you have a successful study experience, we're providing Office 365 to every full-time student* at SSE Riga for free. Microsoft Office 365 allows access to the latest versions of Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

• Setting up is simple; no IT assistance needed

• You can install Microsoft Office 365 installed on up to 5 computers and 5 mobile devices

• Your Microsoft Office 365 subscription will be active as long as you continue your studies at SSE Riga

*Exchange students are covered by their home university Microsoft agreements. 

Setting up Microsoft Office 365 on your computer

• Go to https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/download-office

• Download and install Microsoft 365 for your device

• After installation is done, open any of the Microsoft Office apps (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)

• You will be asked to log in with a Microsoft account. Log in with your SSE Riga email address and password

• You can now start using your Microsoft Office 365 apps!
